After graduating from the University of Utah in 1985 Mr. Whipple went out selling business. He soon realized that what he was being taught by his Business Broker/Manager was not at any University. And helped many businesses with the things he learned while they were preparing to sell their business. He began writing these concepts down and then published them in 2008 in the guide below so you could have them for business development. And know what we are about to do.

After 20 yrs of research, talking to Business Brokers, Savvy Business Buyers and Owners, Mr. Whipple wrote and published the guide below so, you could have a way to assess and begin maximizing your company’s value. He notes, “A business could have profitable sales and no or very little business value.”
