About the Transaction Transition Specilist role, Growth Concepts (Est. 1989) is a software and advisory firm dedicated to maximizing equity for businesses valued up to $5 million. We are seeking experienced professionals to train as Ambassadors of Business Value and then Transaction Transition Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to leverage our proven systems to expand your current consulting.
You will be assisting Business Owners carry their stewardship forward to the Buyer. So, the business is protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete tuition-free certification training (approx. 13 hours) from the International Institute of Business Value.
- Conduct reverse business appraisals and value assessments using provided software.
- Collaborate with business owners, buyers, accountants, and legal teams to maximize business value.
- Build and manage your own client portfolio and consultancy team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of business ownership or executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, financial literacy (accounting/algebra), and executive communication skills.
- Tech: Reliable internet and computer proficiency.
- Traits: Self-starter, adaptable, and professionally minded.
Compensation & Benefits
- Type: Independent Contractor / Consultancy model.
- Earning Potential: $100k+ annually (based on project profits and program bonuses).
- Flexibility: 100% Remote / Virtual Office.
- Training: Ambassador of Business Value certification provided at no cost.
- Your compensation is based on profits of the project, with bonuses keyed to a percentage of selected programs with an earning potential of over $100K +. You must be certified as an Ambassador of Business Value before working with clients or entering the Transaction Transition Specialist Training.
