Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of business ownership or executive leadership experience.
• College Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Creative, imaginative leadership with strong business acumen.
• Adaptability to diverse and unpredictable business environments.
• Proficiency in basic algebra and accounting.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills (executive and team).
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to quickly understand underlying business operations.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection (no travel required).

Responsibilities:

• Learn Business Value principles and laws
• Develop and launch your absentee-run Executive Consultancy.
• Conduct reverse business appraisals (templates and training provided).
• Manage business value creation, collaborating with sellers, buyers, accountants, lawyers, landlords, and business brokers.
• Build and Maintain a Website and Team

Compensation:

Your compensation is based on profits of the project, with bonuses keyed to a percentage of selected programs with an earning potential of over $100K +. You must be certified as an Ambassador of Business Value before working with clients.

Training:

Initially, participants will take 4 online courses (5 hours) on business value and 4 courses (8 hours) on buying and selling businesses from the International Institute of Business Value. There is no tuition cost for the initial training. When the training is completed the candidate will be a Certified Ambassadors of Business Value.  Advanced certification in business value planning, maximizing business value and business value culture would then be available from the Institute.
