Growth Concepts recruits with the goal of having top Executives work in the city where they reside — usually from a virtual or home office. We do expect from 5-10 hours a week while starting since there are no upfront training costs. This allows our associates to work with local businesses while enjoying the benefits of family and friends. We are assisting you in forming an absentee run Executive Consultancy to provide these services.
This is an online advising position from a virtual office.
Basic requirements for the Executive wanting an absentee Executive Consultancy:
• Work or business ownership of 10 years. An advanced college degree is preferred.
• Creative, imaginative leadership.
• Must have business savvy.
• Must be able to move skillfully through and adapt to varied and unpredictable business environments.
• Must be competent in Algebra calculations.
• Mature, professional appearance.
• Little or no Travel since all online. Must have own computer and internet connection.
The successful Associate is:
• A positive, understanding, listening person.
• A self-starter that can work both independently and with a team.
• A good “undercover person”: Able to grasp the fundamentals of how businesses operate underneath the surface.
• She/he is experienced and effective in executive and team communication.
Your major responsibilities at first include:
• Learning about and building a foundation for an absentee run Executive Consultancy
• Do a reverse appraisal of businesses (templates and training provided) that you acquire
• Creating and guiding value management: Working with Sellers, Buyers, Accountants, Lawyers, Landlords and Business Broker etc. to move business value plans to forward.
Compensation:
Your compensation is based on profits, with an escalating bonuses keyed to a percentage of selected programs with an earning potential of over $100K +.
Training:
There are no up-front training costs. There are two initial training courses from the International Institute of Business Value. Then certification in business value planning from the Institute.
